1-2 days: You will be called/e-mailed  when credit and income approval has been received
2-4 days: You will be called/e-mailed with the appraisal due date.
5-10 days: You will be called/e-mailed with the appraised value and any conditions.
10-15 days: You will be called/e-mailed with final loan approval
15-20 days: You will be called/e-mailed when docs are being ordered.
21-22 days: You will be called/e-mailed when docs are in title.
25-30 days: You will be called/e-mailed when loan has funded.
